This Future Conditions report is the second of two reports prepared by Marsden Jacob Associates (Marsden Jacob) for the Murray–Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) as part of the 2025 Outlook social and economic assessment. It builds on the current condition assessments from the Sustainable Rivers Audit (SRA), the findings from the Vulnerability Assessment Report (Report 1), and three future hydroclimate scenarios to assess the Basin’s potential future social and economic conditions.
