Lineage
The climate data was produced by analyses of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6 (CMIP6) dataset. The runoff projections are produced by rainfall-runoff modelling using empirically scaled future climates.
The baseline climate data is from the SILO gridded dataset (Jeffrey et al. 2001). The mean rainfall, minimum and maximum temperature are calculated from the daily data. Daily values of Morton's wet areal evapotranspiration are calculated from the SILO variables using the FAO radiation formulation and a constant albedo of 0.23. The annual and seasonal averages of this recalculated SILO PET is included in this dataset. The runoff is simulated using the GR4J model.
