Matter 8 in Schedule 12 of the Basin Plan (2012) requires the ACT Government to report on achieving environmental outcomes at an asset scale every five years. This report intends to inform the Murray–Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) of the ACT's achievement of ecological outcomes at an asset scale, which will, in turn, contribute to an understanding of the effectiveness of the Basin Plan.
