Matter 12 in Schedule 12 of the Basin Plan (2012) requires the ACT Government to report every five years on the progress towards water quality targets set in Chapter 9 of the Basin Plan. This report intends to inform the Murray–Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) on the ACT compliance with water quality targets and objectives, in turn contributing to an understanding of the effectiveness of the Basin Plan in the ACT.
