This data is compiled by Marsden Jacobs Associates (MJA) from Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) publicly available climate data. The source data from BOM, which is at a monthly time step, has been converted an annual frequency for this data. This data is at the Local Government Area (LGA) level, based on the readings of the weather station located within the LGA and a nearby LGA.
